Learn more about Lean continuous improvement through tours that are based around your organization’s objectives. The Children's Mercy Kansas City (CMKC) Performance Improvement team will share our Lean methodology, best practices and lessons learned along our continuous improvement journey. The personalized agenda will show the CMKC Lean management system in action and help your organization learn how to implement elements of Lean daily management system. Example experiences during the tour could include: - methods for developing an organization of problem solvers, - rapid performance improvement workshops, - standard work documents for sustaining improvement gains, and - process mapping for improving flow and relentlessly eliminating waste.
