About Us
ISPI is a unique network of clinicians and leaders brought together to exchange ideas, share knowledge, and work together to drive innovation in pediatric healthcare. Our vision is to collectively accelerate innovative technologies and processes which improve outcomes for all children. We are a 501c6 non profit organization with a membership model for children's hospitals and pediatricians around the world. Started in 2013, ISPI just celebrated its 10 year anniversary at the PEDS2040 conference last summer.
Our Innovation Story
Innovation within pediatric healthcare happens too slowly and there are significant barriers to overcome: limited data, limited resources, smaller markets, rare diseases and antiquated systems. By uniting in our efforts, sharing our knowledge, and leveraging the strength of multiple institutions and clinicians, we can change care delivery. Innovative ideas, disruptive business models, and groundbreaking technologies are emerging faster than ever. We believe children's health is too important not to pursue together for greater impact.

Become an ISPI Member
The International Society for Pediatric Innovation offers a powerful global network to help you stay at the forefront of pediatric innovation leadership. Membership offers direct access to global pediatric champions. Consult with multiple institutions to de risk initiatives, reduce redundancies, get feedback on to propel change at a faster rate. Convene or participate in multi-center projects and join the 25+ children's hospitals and institutions in the ISPI community.
Join or start a workgroup
Our workgroups for AI, XR technologies and wearable biosensors meet monthly and are open to ISPI members. You can also convene/create a workgroup in a subject area you would like to explore.
