The Rising T1DE Alliance aims to increase the rate of deployment of successful interventions and innovative therapies in diabetes care by identifying an outcome to target, developing a prediction model, testing interventions, and in a fully transparent manner, sharing learnings and guidance with other clinicians and health systems.
This alliance is led by Children’s Mercy Hospital & Lurie Children's Hospital. The collaboration also includes multidisciplinary stakeholders from: Helmsley Charitable Trust, Nemours Children’s, Joslin Diabetes Center, Cincinnati Children's, KUMC, Health Management Associates, JDRF, Center for Health Care Strategies, Inc., Mathematica, Texas Children’s Hospital, & the T1D Exchange.
